Kelvin & his company were excellent! He showed up on time, and then identified/diagnosed the problem immediately. He got an immediate approval from our home warranty service. Went and purchased the part needed and returned the same day and made the repair. No issues with the shower since his repair. Will definitely keep him in our contacts for future repairs.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

NEVER - and I can’t stress this enough - NEVER use Michael and Sons for anything. They are the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Huge mistake when I called them. Grossly overpriced. Ceiling fan they installed fell from the ceiling almost hitting one of us. I wish I could give no stars.

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

The two man team was scheduled promptly and finished quicker that the estimate that I received. Everything was done professionally with good communication. I am very satisfied with the results.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

We contacted Don’s Plumbing to replace a valve on our fridge. They were able to send someone out to our house very quickly (the next day). Kendall arrived at our house and was able to assess the work that needed to be done and completed it timely. He was great and answered all our questions.
