Installer, I think her name was Laura, arrived early and did a great job. She explained the water heater model and the installation, and made me feel confident in the purchase I made. Big cost but I think it was worth it, and the service was great.

We tried everything to unclog our sink but couldn't fix the problem on our own. Our home warranty company couldn't get anyone to our home for 8 days. Dave is wonderful! He helped us remove an old water filtration unit from our garage. While he was here he also helped fix our outdoor faucet and gave me a lot of information of keeping my pipes healthy in the winter. We will soon be using Dave for our water heater replacement and any other issues that arise. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things plumbing and gas line related. He answered my questions without making me feel dumb and gave me insight that I didn’t even know that I needed. He was very honest and has fair pricing. His hours are great, he was able to come out to us on a Saturday morning! Don’t hesitate to work with Dave, he’s awesome and his mom is the sweetest!

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

This is the third time I've used Get Lit and each time had been a positive experience. It's Saturday and the Tech, Daniel, showed up right away at about 8AM to replace an outlet. He was in and out in less than an hour. Their techs are friendly and professional and the prices are very reasonable. I've only had one instance with a scheduling issue and they worked with us to find the earliest acceptable replacement date. They're definitely my go to electricians in the area.
