Wow. I read the reviews from this company and thought it was too good to be true… i was so wrong. Plumbing Specialist single handily fixed the plumbing in my house and my grandmothers house. Very professional & extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be my plumber anytime i need help!

Please avoid dealing with this plumbing company at all cost, they are contracted by Pproperty management Associates (PMA) to deal with plumbing isssues at our Condominium and Premier Plumbing is dishonest, fraudulent and staffed with rude and unprofessional people who will do anything to extort money from customers. They will sabotage your plumbings while working for you so that new issues will come up just so that they could be called to fix and make more money. They will also show up late, take breaks in between the work so that their work will continue late pass the normal hours so that they could charge you after hours work. This is fraud and unethical, I am filing complaints with the BBB, and other state and federal agencies.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

Aaron Will did a great job pumping our septic tank, and providing advice for maintaining the system. Friendly, fast and professional!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Jeff provided exceptional service in determining the leak and replacing the tub spout. With a rating of 1 thru 10, 10 being the best. I give him an 12. I would recommend him and your company to all friends and family. I think Jeff deserves a pay raise. LolI’m so thankful to Michael and Son. Job well done.

I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable.
The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

My wife and I experienced water damage recently and this company was fast and responsive to our needs. I reached out to multiple companies in an attempt to address the issues and both times that we needed service this was the company that was able to get to us the soonest. At no time did they say they couldn't help us; some of the others did, or simply never showed up after we made an appointment. Even though the issue was complicated, they handled it well and shared professional insight that allowed us to make the best decision for our home.

I called Don immediately after the plumbers from American Home Shield practically refused to do anything for me because there wasn’t a mechanical issue when they arrived.
I explained what was going on with my toilets and how the issue was intermittent. He was practically able to diagnose the issue from our phone conversation. On top of that he came out first thing the next morning to unclog my lines. Turns out there was a bunch of grease (thanks kids) that was causing the slow drain.
He gets two thumbs up from me and I’ll be recommending him to any of my friends who may be in need of a plumber.

They are not trustworthy! Technician lies and missed appointment day twice. If you want a company/employees that don't care about the quality of service and your need for HVAC repair, then RS Andrews is the one for you. Good luck, you have been warned.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Tim and his team provide excellent service. I had an issue with a water heater and Coast plumbing was able to dispatch a technician within one hour. They gave me clear upfront pricing both for repair and for replacement. Their pricing is very transparent and competitive. They managed the job on time and within budget and have earned my trust. I would highly recommend coast plumbing as they are cut above the other plumbing companies I have worked with.

My water heater burst and my property management company put the work order in to Mr. Rooter. Jennifer was very prompt in getting me scheduled for the next day once they got approval to replace the water heater. Sam responded out the next morning to replace the water heater not knowing it had burst the night before as they had previously quoted replacing it due to leaking. He was very professional and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. I sincerely appreciate their customer service and workmanship as this was a stressful ordeal and knowing the job was done correctly made it so much better.
