Kelvin was great. Very responsive and available via phone before and during my multi day project. He did good work, and the price was better than expected.

The absolute worse!!! The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They serviced my condo community and were shouting obscenities and threatening to leave the residents without water because we asked questions. They promised our main line water leak would be repaired in a day and 5 days later it is not repaired. I wouldn't hire or trust them to repair anything!!!! These positive ratings must be posted by their family members and friends because there is absolutely nothing positive about this company by any means!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I have three toilets in my home and all of them were backing up. My third shower was also backing up with poop. Rich came out at 7:30pm and had it all flowing in about 30 minutes!!!! He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable. I definitely will be using his services in the future!!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

Senior Plumber Technician Mr. Dave Nagg was beyond incredible. He did not quit. I'm truly appreciative of his customer service. Less talk and more focus on the task. He kept me informed at each stage and the price change. I felt100% confident he could accomplish this issue and he did it. No alterations had to be made to my home, which was previously recommended. Thank you for resolving my concerns and restoring our family normalcy Mr. Nagg. Next time, if I have to call back, I'm asking/requesting you.

I called A- 1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Heating when the original company I had contacted failed to perform needed service in a respectful consumer friendly timely manner. It was the best choice I have made in a very long time. James, the technician arrived promptly, was very polite, knowledgeable, and a definite asset to the company. He took the time to explain the what and why of what he was doing to solve our plumbing problem He explained the results of his investigation and how best it could be solved and other alternatives. He finished the job and cleaned up promptly.I have also made an appointment for a diagnostic visit for information concerning another problem we may have in the future.Thank you James and A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Heating excellent work!

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!

Technicians were very considerate of the COVID-19 and took precaution to ensure no one felt uncomfortable while working. They very informative of the equipment that was installed and communicated on every level to ensure there were no misunderstanding on how to operate the new unit. Once the work was complete they proceeded to clean up behind themselves and left my home as though they were never there. Thank you for the security and integrity and also, for bringing comfort and warmth back into my home.
