After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

First let me start by saying the ease of booking an appointment is the best. I booked my appointment online at 10:00 pm on Tuesday for an appointment on Friday for an inspection of my HVAC system.Thomas was amazing, he arrived on time explained what he was covered under the HVAC inspection. Once he was finished he explained what he found and then sent a full report with pictures to my email.I can say the level of customer service provided was beyond exceptional and the price for the inspection great because the company offers coupons. I pride myself on giving credit for exceptional service and Michael and Sons is far one of the best companies I have used.

After an inspector found water under my house I tried to turn off the water to my house and the cutoff valve broke off in my hand. I called A1 Sewer & Drain and the plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. He isolated the leak to two valves in the wall and quickly made repairs, he then repaired leaks in the bathtub handles. I also had a leak on a toilet and he fixed the leaky cutoff and just replaced the toilet because it was really old and in disrepair.He also showed me how to cut off water at the street, and showed me how to tell if there is a leak in the house by watching the water meter (so I don't have to crawl under the house again).The plumber was just a really nice person, very knowledgeable, gave me advice about future projects I wanted done to the house. This is the second time I have used this company. I used them several years ago when the water pipe in my front yard broke open and flooded my front yard. They did a really good job on that repair also. I definitely feel like I was charged a reasonable price on both repair jobs. In my experience this is a very reliable and trustworthy company and I will definitely be using them for any future repairs.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

I was charged $200 to vacuum water out of the pan plus the $99 service fee. The technician was a nice guy but he didn’t clean up after himself. Could have at least picked up the insulation that fell from the attic and disposed of the overflow switch he removed. He just left it on the floor. He did get the AC running again and I appreciate the quick response, but I’ll probably call a different company in the future.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....
