The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. The office responded to my appointment request immediately. The lady scheduled an appointment for the same day and told me how much the visit would be based on my description of the plumbing issue. She called me during the day to let me know the plumbers were running behind and the plumbers called me when they were on their way. When David and Mike arrived, they put shoe protectors on to walk in our home. They quickly identified the problem and took care of it. While they were doing the work, Mike asked about a separate issue and took care of it also. When they were done doing all the work, David came inside and explained what had caused the initial issue. He gave me some recommendations on how I could prevent it from happening again. He also explained what was causing the second issue. Both David and Mike were very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in our home. When I scheduled the appointment the office confirmed that both of them had background checks. I will call this company again in the future for any plumbing issues and will ask for David and Mike in particular.

Devon came out to do our semi-annual HVAC cleaning and tune up. Devon is a very nice, professional young man who showed he is knowledgeable and enjoys his job. He explained everything in detail and gave us some good tips.

I was switching out a washing machine and busted a pipe trying to get the old hoses off. Water was spraying everywhere. I had to turn the water off to the house. I called my normal plumber and he was booked for the day and couldn’t make it to my house until night. With 5 kids, to include 4 dirty boys, my wife gave me that look...I had to find another plumber fast. I found Cecillia’s on yelp. Due to my situation, the owner himself rushed out and was at my house within 20 minutes and fixed my pipe in less than an hour. Very professional and fairly priced. I own other rental properties so I’m always in the need for a trusted plumber. I will definitely be using this company again.

Very professional, fast, courteous and a great value for all the work that they had to do under my sink, unclogging my kitchen sink and also replacing a pipe!!! Will be using them again in the near future with 2 other plumbing problems we have. All my pipes are down in a cement slab, and we have galvanized steel pipes, so you can imagine what my problems are in a 58 year old home!! Highly recommend them!!!

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
