I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. The technician(Drew) contacted me to let me know he was on the way. He was polite, professional, and helpful. His work proceeded in a thoughtful and orderly manner, keeping me informed along the way.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

Aaron Will did a great job pumping our septic tank, and providing advice for maintaining the system. Friendly, fast and professional!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Company is a scam 2,000 dollars to replace a hot water heater. Which is ridiculous but when you don't you them they still charge you anyway. Never use this company unless you want to be scammed

Pat could not have been a better plumber. He was quick, clean, and incredibly polite and friendly. It's weird to say it's a pleasure having to have any emergency work done on one's home, but he made the whole process so easy that it made it an absolute breeze.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

Received an EL01 error code on my ductless hvac. The maintenance tech, Ben, arrived in an extremely timely response. Ben was friendly, respectful and professional. He resolved the issue and left my home in about an hour.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.
