The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

I would definitely recommend this company. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and will explain everything they will do before they do it. I had plumbing work (toilet leak, faucet leak in two bathroom faucets and bathroom faucets completely replaced). The electrician replaced light switches and fans for two bathrooms. What else can l say. They do awesome work, therefore you pay for what you get. The best part is they have financing for anything over $2,000. Very postive experience from the intial call to the business to having them come out and complete the job. They arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional. I would definately call Ellsworth for any future Plumbing needs.

Even though they could not get the camera in because of how small the pipe area is, they recommended we try other plumber's and at no charge. He made some suggestions on probably what it might be.

I can't praise Mark enough. After other Plumbers gave up, he came and evaluated the situation and met the challenges. All the drains are clear and properly draining! 😊 I found him thru the BBB and did not disappoint. I called on Thursday for an appointment on Friday at 3PM. I was told there would be someone would contact me 1 hour before. I took off work early to be home for the appointment. 3PM came and went, and around 6PM I got a call from the A/C Tech that he got the ticket at 430PM on Friday.

Frustrated, I then rescheduled for 3PM on Saturday. No show once again without a call. This is poor business practice and I will not ever recommend A-1 American. Two days wasted. Poor customer service, and thankfully did not spend any money.

Been calling left my number 3 times the owner James and or the general manager Brian does not return calls
