Haven't been for many years until today. The guy running the warehouse apologized for the wait time and took care of replacing the back shower wall that was cracked in the box they brought out. Very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere people, him and his boss. Didn't get their names but being a bathroom contractor will definitely look at ordering more from them.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Contacted Michael and Sons after my central air stopped running on a 94 degree Sunday morning. They were able to come out and repair my unit the same day. Special shout out to Wade (technician) for getting us up and running.

RS Andrews of Tidewater removed an existing hot water heater from my home, and installed a new unit that I purchased from Lowe's. The installation was completed on 9-9-21. I called the company immediately to state that there was no hot water in my home. The water was barely lukewarm. Eventually, a second technician came out and increased the hot water temperature from 125 to 140. I called Lowe's and complained that the unit must be faulty because there was zero hot water. RS Andrews of Tidewater returned to my home on 10-6-21. My family suffered nearly an entire month of boiling water throughout the day to cook, sanitize, clean, and bathe during a PANDEMIC. Three different technicians later, I finally have hot water. It was a simple solution that was resolved by the 3rd technician and he did it in less than 2 minutes. The heating element was set on low! I am frustrated and highly irritated that it took tons of phone calls, to the point of nagging, to resolve an issue that they created on day 1 of installation.

Man I feel robbed. Gentleman said he would unclog the main line for 100 bucks. Sounds to good to be true. It was. He put a 6 inch pc of plastic in my bathtub and said sorry can’t fix it like this. Gonna be $567.00 an hour. I straight up asked him so I pretty much wasted 100 bucks. His response was yeah pretty much. Please don’t be fooled by them.

I called this company when my hot water heater broke and I had gone down the list of other plumbers calling to try and get it fixed and all of them told me it would be weeks. Thank goodness, they were quick to come out and take a look at what I needed and had a hot water heater with them. Once they arrived they let me know that my hot water heater was under warranty and that I could get a replacement at no cost. They handled the warranty side and I had a new hot water heater a few days later. The minute they told me about the warranty I knew I had found a good company because they could have charged me more and I would never have known. The two gents who came out to help went above and beyond answering any questions I had and did quick work. Ellsworth plumbing will be the only ones I call anytime I have a plumbing need in the future.

I called AB Parker to have some electrical work done. The quick response was amazing. Mr. Parker and his assistant were courteous and professional. I was pleased with the service and that Mr. Parker took the time to advise me on a potential future project. I would highly recommend.

A technician came to our home for 3 hours Thursday night & did not fix the problem. He said someone would be back first thing Friday morning... Friday around 1, not first thing, he came & was unprepared & did not fix the problem. He said he had to get a part & would be back between 5-6 that night. At 4:50pm, we were informed he was not coming back & we were without heat again in record breaking cold weather. On Saturday, he came & replaced the part within 45 minutes, still unprepared so we had to borrow a ladder again from the neighbors. He said he was not going to fight traffic to Newport News to get the part the previous day. William refused to answer any of my questions or tell me his name because I was the tenant. He was rude, unprofessional, late, unprepared, and apathetic. I recommended to the owner to NEVER use this company again.

I have a new construction. They installed everything. About 1.5yrs later a capacitor went out (usually lasts 5 - 10yrs). They came by right away and made it right. Rock on guys.
