Wow. I read the reviews from this company and thought it was too good to be true… i was so wrong. Plumbing Specialist single handily fixed the plumbing in my house and my grandmothers house. Very professional & extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be my plumber anytime i need help!

Fast appointment and competent repair. Very expensive and I had even removed the toilet and vanity myself before the tech arrived. Figure $300 to $700 per hour. I don't think I would use them again because of the cost. Kind of greedy was my impression and I wouldn't trust them to be fair priced if I was an elderly woman for example. They charge extra if you supply your own new toilet for installation. My advice would be to get a few quotes before picking this company.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

We have a week old home that Smith & Keene did the plumbing and HVAC. Today our pipes are backing up and and overflowing our downstairs bath. Call, get forwarded to their after hours number and no one answers and their mailbox is full. Already not a happy customer and have not even made contact yet. A week old home SHOULD NOT have pluming issues.

GREAT experience starting at the first phone call. We recieved a free in person quote the very next day. They even put up with trying explain what I wanted without having much electrical knowledge or lingo. They were not pushy and didn't try to get us to do additional work to rack up the bill. The job was quoted to have two people assigned. The same guy who quoted us was the lead on install day. It was nice having that continuity. The two gents were very helpful! They offered assistance and ideas to accomplish what we wanted which would save us money. They worked in and around our children very well! We just moved and recieved our household goods which left our house a disaster; these two helped us move boxes and equipment around in the areas they needed to access. They never complained nor did they seem disgusted with the tasks they were here to accomplish. I changed my mind on some locations of outlets and they weren't upset at all. I will 100% be calling these guys back for anything electrical I may need/want in the future.

Great guy friendly, fair, clean and thorough

I got home after work around 11pm to find that my kitchen sink and guest bathroom sink had been backed up something I already knew about but was waiting to take care of by the end of the month. I called around 9am the following morning and they got someone out by 4pm. I do not remember the man's name but was pleasant to be around, I let him know that I had try to snake it myself a few weeks back but with a hand crank snake but was unable to unlodge anything. Upon hearing this he pulled out a power snake and got to work under the kitchen sink then after went to the roof which confused me, but found out that 2 pipes uptop are linked to the plumbing. After work the roof he told me to run both sinks for a bit of time and run some dawn dish soap to help break away what may be left. Both sinks ran fine and the leaking coming from the dishwasher stopped as it could finally drain and wasnt a blown gasket.
Even though I had to take the day off from work which is not their fault, was easy and quick. I will call them again for any plumbing needs in the future.
