After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I Highly recommend. Steve and Johnny were very professional and thorough. They diagnosed and repaired my AC quickly. They were on time and went right to work. I will call this company and request these guys for any future needed repairs. Great job! Thanks!

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Michael, Brandon, Tadd, and Isaiah installed two new HVAC systems in our house to replace the existing systems that were more than 20 years old and poorly installed. They were on time, professional, and stayed late to ensure the job was completed the same day.

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. My AC unit's compressor started to fail. Bud's did a great job analyzing my needs and presenting options for me. When I decided to replace the unit instead of repairing the unit they gave me several options and did no try to oversell. In the end I got a new Bosch system that is amazing. They were also able to schedule my install relatively quickly once I made my decision.
Best of all was their professionalism. It was great having techs, office personnel, and comfort advisors all willing to talk with me to help me get the information I needed each step of the way. Not once did I feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next customer. They went above and beyond explaining details and listening to my concerns. They even waived the off hours service call charge I had prior to my decision to replace the unit. Which I felt was more than fair.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Had a kitchen faucet installed and the service was excellent. Fast and professional.

Due to a misunderstanding, Precision Plumbing showed up for an appointment I had canceled. They still took the time to not only look at the problem (it was the townhome next to mine with the leak) but because I mentioned my toilet, they checked that too. All was good, so currently their service is not needed. But they will be my go to plumbers in the future! Thank you Precision Plumbing.

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up outside of the scheduled appointment time and acted annoyed with me that I wasn't prepared for the appointment. Spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. Service was a part of our 12 month home warranty, however I will absolutely not hire this company for any future work.
