We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

We had 911 Home Repair Specialists tackle a rather lengthy list of honey-do items for us in preparation for listing our home for sale. They did excellent work, and we're very pleased. Our house sold in 3 days, and we know that part of that quick sale was due to the work done by the guys at 911.

I would caution all to receive promised service in writing. My salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff to date has been accommodating. There seems to be many different opinions within the company ultimately becoming the costumer's problem. What the salesman tells you may not happen. I purchased a tankless hot water heater to replace a fully functioning tank type. It took a month to schedule, then another month of visits before it could function. With a combination of black iron, galvanized, and multiple regulators it worked. I had to call the technicians back as they never tightened the gas train in the garage, and it was leaking. At the first 20 degree day the system froze. The plumbing department stated that will happen, let the water run overnight. Thankfully my salesman did try to help by sending one of the technicians back to at least put the pipe insulation on all of the exposed pipes. Technicians seem to know their trade, just a question who is driving the bus.

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

So, about a year ago, Norfolk Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a pipe problem in my crawl space. After about 2 years and 3 other companies working the problem, they were the only ones to fix it! I have had no problems since.

Today, they came to replace a sink faucet due to leaking and poor pressure. I am absolutely thrilled with their work. The employees are efficient, knowledgeable, and took fantastic care when removing and reinstalling the pedestal sink in order to fix the issue. And.- they cleaned!!!! I’ve had other workers do other jobs who didn’t take the time to clean after their work. I am so grateful to their time and attention - it is great to find a company that takes pride in doing the job correctly and completely, from start to finish. Thank you, Miles and Joshua!!!!

Horrible Co. Rude serviceman. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining our HVAC issues and got angry when I nicely asked him to please let me finish and to not interrupt me. Our builder used this Co. To install our HVAC and plumbing in our new home. HVAC hasn't worked properly from Day one. Furnaces are covered in condensation, drain pan drain hole covered with styrofoam blocks furn. Sits on., Mold growing due to so much condensation. Something rattling around when furnace is running. AC leaking into attic at furnace seams. Compressor already had to be replaced and now makes noise and keeps shutting off.
