Premier plumbing is a one stop shop. Other companies I’ve dealt with always require rework, over diagnose problems because lack of knowledge, and are ridiculously priced. That is far from the amazing experience I’ve had with company. Justin has done all the work at my house and everything looks and functions flawlessly! Thank you!

We called because the drain line for the washing machine was overflowing with large loads. Got a call that the tech was one hour out and then got a text with his picture. He got the drain line cleared and everything cleaned up nicely. The tech was friendly and professional.

Awesome... Really took care of the problem and was nice answering questions that I had.

They came on time. The water heater was replaced quickly. However, the repair man failed to put the drip pan in which is required for water heaters. He also reused old piping from the previous unit. I paid way too much money for anything to be old on this new unit. He also left material from the old and new unit on the floor. Not very much attention to detail. I fear this unit will have issues in the future.

My service rep Paul, was beyond fantastic. He was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, man of his word, always smiling, professional work , and just comfortable that he was going to et things done. Contractors are often scary to deal with but not Paul… this is a real honest review. I thank you all. And hope your company has cont’d success

Always a great experience with Russell's. The team is always professional and very friendly. It's not often you see a company clean up behind themselves as they go! They take all necessary measures to inconvenience the customer as least as possible!

Amazing! Had three other plumbers come for a leak, and everyone told me there was no problem! Within 5 min of them being here they found the issue and fixed the problem! Will recommend!!!

I was fortunate enough to discover this wonderful company when we needed help with misaligned sink drains...and from the initial contact to the last goobye, Mr. Tony was stellar. He was extremely professional, compassionate, kind and very personable...and can we say efficient AND knowledgeable!?! Mr. Tony told us the story of how he learned everything from his father, straight out of high school, and has been in business since 1982 - and it shows; he completed and resolved both of our issues with a constant smile on his face.
Believe me when I tell you that should we ever have another plumbing issue (no matter how big or small), we will be calling Tony&Son Plumbing, Inc...because as I told him that day, he made a new set of friends for life!
