Overall professional and courteous. I called to make an appointment and they were accommodating of my hours, during my appointment timeframe I got a call about Todd running behind. When he showed up he understood what to look for. He was very kind and you can tell he loves his job when he explained in detail what to look for. 10/10 will call again if I need anything else.

We needed to replace the kitchen faucet and all the internal parts in one toilet. We called Atomic Plumbing, because we've had good experiences with them in the past.We picked a date, and were given a window of between 10 and 2, and were told that we'd get a call to let us know when their representative would be on his way over. They called this morning at 10:00, and told us that Randy C. would be coming within a half-hour. He arrived early, put on plastic booties to keep the rugs clean....gave us a price....and we ok'd the job.He was very personable, and professional....worked quickly, cleaned up after he was done...and got rid of the old parts for us.I've used Atomic before, and I'll definitely use them again. Solid, reliable company, with top-notch, experienced employees. Randy is a great representative for Atomic.Randy's been with them for quite a while, which says something positive about both him, and about Atomic.Thanks, Randy. Fine job.

This is my first time using Tony & Son Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. I called yesterday over a small leak and they came out first thing this morning. Both Tony and his son were extremely friendly and polite. They got right down to work and quickly assessed the situation. Within an hour the problem had been solved and again I couldn't be happier. I even last minute asked about another issue with the water heater and Tony gave me two options and fixed it right then! The price was extremely reasonable too. I will definitely be calling Tony & Son if any different problems arise. So happy that I found a wonderful small business to support in the community.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.
