Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

My technician Pat arrived early and asessed the issue of my leaking outdoor faucet. He proposed the plan to fix it giving me best case scenario and worse case scenario and executed repairs quickly. Turns out i had a leaking pipe in the walls of my home so he did have to cut through the drywall but he made sure there was no further water damage and everything was stationary and properly sealed.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

Just finished having an installation replacing our heating and cooling system performed by Russell's Heating and Cooling. Installed a new Lennox dual fuel system.Steve Davison and Charles did a great job. They were both very personable. They answered all of my myriad of questions.Prior to beginning work on the tear out of our old equipment, Charles covered the floors with drop cloths and the stairs and carpet with plastic material to prevent dirtying or damaging them. They were cautious with removal of the old and installation of the new equipment.Steve did a great job with the installation of the new equipment. He was able to remove some redundancies in the old ductwork making for a much neater installation. This also aided in a better setup for the zoning system. He was meticulous in his work.Overall, we could not be happier with the work performed by Steve and Charles.

They were great! I was looking for a mini split a/c heating unit for my shed/ garage and everyone was helpful and friendly at Smith & Keene. It was a quick and easy quote process and the installation was also efficient and the workers were very friendly. My unit is great and works beautifully. I would definitely recommend them
