Great experience! Prompt and professional. I've used Premier Plumbing several times and always have great communication and follow-up. There was an issue at one of my rental properties after an initial plumbing repair - they responded immediately, coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. Things happen and this company stands by their work. I am happy to recommend them, and will call on them again the future.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

They came on a service call Technician Zade provide a great help to fix an issue and referred us to full service where we spoke with Technician Currie who reviewed everything and gave us options on doing a full replacement where it was scheduled for a day later awesome that we didn’t have to wait long. Technicians / Installers David and Reid came out after moving my date up so they came earlier than expected. They did a awesome wonderful job in fact house is now cooler that it was previously. Everyone that entered our home was professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was above board and everyone even looked professionally dress for the job. Just a side note I had everyone to sing the theme song from commercial lol smh Thank for adding me to your family. Would do a commercial for you anytime.

I can't say how thankful and wonderful Mr. Martin and his colleague were this evening! They were very quick to respond to my problem, addressed my issue with quickness and had my a/c back up and running in no time! I would high recommend him to anyone with any issue they fix. He will be my ac guy from now on. Also very inexpensive which was a huge bonus! Thank you again for your reliable service :)

Absolutely would not recommend for service. I called seeking a technician to inspect our air conditioner, and they set a time for someone to come out on Friday, May 7. They called me just a few minutes before the end of that time frame to say their technician had an emergency and couldn't make it, but they would come on Saturday. I said that was fine.On Saturday they called to tell me that they were extremely busy, and it would be very late in the day before they could come, but they were completely free on Sunday. I told them I understand, early Sunday morning will be alright. They said they would come by 10:00am.When the clock was ticking down on my time frame for Sunday, I called and they explained that they were busy and would try to come by 12:00. How did that happen, if I was told they were free that morning? So when 12:00 came and I *still* had not received a phone call, I called them back and asked them to cancel everything.RS Andrews of Tidewater will make promises they can't fulfill. Choose another business for your HVAC needs.

Harrison Boone called to let me know they were on their way and even arrived a little early. He and his assistant, David, were very thorough when doing their inspection and periodically stopped to tell me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions about anything. They were extremely courteous while working in my home and talked to me about possible things I might want to consider for the future that would benefit me in my home maintenance concerns. His sincere attitude and ability to listen to my concerns caused me to request that he be the one to come back and do the next scheduled maintenance, which he willingly set up for me.

Jonathan Mulder and another employee of Smith & Keene came out to our house on April 12th and installed a new heating and a/c unit from Carrier to replace my 17 year old unit that was still working. I was being proactive because of the age. Jonathan and his helper did an excellent job on the install, they were very polite and he explained everything to me about operating the new system. Thanks for the great service!!!!

When my other plumber failed to fix my problem, I called Atomic Plumbing and they were out the next day. Randy arrived on time, wore booties to protect to my floors, cleared my drain pipe and cleaned up after himself. He also explained to me what the problem was and why the other plumbers work hadn't fixed it. From now on, Atomic Plumbing will be my first call for all of our plumbing needs!

What can i say about Bryan, first and formost he was kind and very knowledgeable about my situation,me being an older woman and living alone,itshard to trust but there was something very trusting about him. i told him the problem with my toilet and kitchen sink downstairs and ask for the price of the repair first, approved the job and he fixed the toilet quickly, but the kitchen and bathroom drain was a bigger problem as far as getting unclogged but he hung in there and finished the job and i was very pleased to have my kitchen and downstairs bath back again. thanks again Bryan you are the best
