I had Russell's out for a 2nd opinion after I felt like I was being swindled by another company to buy something I didn't need (new HVAC) system. He went over everything and even though my system is getting old he never bad mouthed it. I believe I still have a few more months of use till I need to replace it. I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! We have had 2 issues with our air-conditioner in the last 3 months both different issues.We were given great service within a short period of time, with courteous repair men. They took pictures of the problem, gave us a fair estimate and fixed the problems both times. We knew what had to be repaired and that is what they did. Yes, we recommend A-1 American to Family and Friends when they have need of service. Thanks for cooling us off in a timely manner.
