Best HVAC Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Jeff arrived very quickly and was the most friendliest knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever encountered. He answered all of my questions and gave honest answers and advice. They are not trustworthy! Technician lies and missed appointment day twice. If you want a company/employees that don't care about the quality of service and your need for HVAC repair, then RS Andrews is the one for you. Good luck, you have been warned.

Roderick was very polite. He was efficient and very nice. He even waited a few extra minutes to install a new filter in the ceiling. It was very nice as my husband is 79 and not to steady on ladders.

I have been with this company since 1990. They have most recently removed old duct work, installed new ductwork and installed new insulation.
Their work has always been high quality with competent staff.

If I could leave ten stars, I would! Classic no cold air, Marvin wasted no time and focused on the most likely (and what was) the problem. Pointed out potential problem areas in the future, and no hard sell.
Totally satisfied with the repair cost, very reasonable for the fast response.

I've used House Call Company for several projects. Very professional, on time and they take the time to explain what happening and provide options.

Love the food, services, atmosphere and prices. You should have seen the size of the plate of chicken tenders. And the burgers! Out of this world good. Went late on rainy wet, Winter Saturday night. Area was safe, very popular and policed parking lot. Very nice, family environment.

Last year, we had a heat pump problem, Jake came out and looked at it, and said it was a breaker issue; the unit would have to be replaced sooner or later, but he could replace the breaker and that would get us by for a while. So we did that.

Fast forward a year. In September we came back from vacation to discover the heat pump had died again, and we called A1. Jake arrived quickly, and tried replacing a breaker again, but this time the unit really needed to be replaced. I spent a couple of days calling around to verify that his quote was a good price, then we set up the install. Jake and his helper came right on time. (That's a key point for me--my experience with other contractors has been that many of them show up late, or never show at all...). They were courteous, careful to clean up afterwards, and they tested the unit to be sure everything was working. And he worked out an extra discount so it ended up costing a little less than what I'd expected.

Stay clear of this company. Famous last words we will call you back. They never call back and are extremely unprofessional.
