Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Called me at 8am on the dot. Arrived on time, assessed everything quickly. Fixed the clog within the hour, it's now 8:50am and I have time for a nap before work! Real shout out to Seth, he was very pleasant and even offered me advice on how to fix the same problem in the future! I've seen Michael and Son in the area while working so I knew I couldn't go anywhere else and I'd genuinely recommend to anyone with any problems at home!

Bill and Morris provided exceptional work getting my heating system back up and running. They were thorough with identifying the root cause of the issue with my unit and provided a fix at a very reasonable expense. Company jerry rigged our install twice. Took 10 months to get it passed for inspection. We had to buy portable units for the summer right after paying 11,000 dollars for install so our electric bill is through the roof. And our warranty is almost over. The quality manager basically ignores us. We feel like we were scammed. We were told that the salesman is full of it and nothing he told us could be held against them.

They have assisted me with several different jobs. They are capable of any size job as they are Licensed Class A Contractors. The job is always completed right, the first time. We recently called Russell's because our HxThermostat had stopped responding via WiFi. We tried everything, but could not get it to work. Russell's set up the appointment (which included our one-year system check-up), and gave us a two-hour window with a promise the technician would call 20 minutes prior. Right on time, Jacob K arrived (in fact, Russell's sent a Google Maps link prior to Jacob's arrival so we could see exactly where he was!!!) and proceeded to work diligently to correct the problem. He spent a good deal of time on the phone with a tech rep until he was able to diagnose and get the thermostat up and running properly. (Note: The problem was with our iPhone link to the WiFi, not the thermostat itself!!!) He also was thorough and purposeful in his checkup of our HVAC system which was installed last year. Overall, we recommend Russell's highly....from the sales person to the installers to all of the tech reps (especially Jacob!)...everyone is professional, well-trained, and so pleasant to deal with when a problem arises. We're so glad we bought from Russell's!

I have been with this company since 1990. They have most recently removed old duct work, installed new ductwork and installed new insulation.
Their work has always been high quality with competent staff.

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

Jared did an amazing job figuring out the issue with why our A/C wasn’t working. We just moved into this house and did not expect an issue so soon but Jared figured it all out and got us cool again in no time!
