The technician(Drew) contacted me to let me know he was on the way. He was polite, professional, and helpful. His work proceeded in a thoughtful and orderly manner, keeping me informed along the way.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had an emergency issue where I had to turn off my water due to a leak. Response was quick and the issue was dealt with.

I called and was given an appointment the same day. I like that I was asked to sent a picture of the damage if possible. I received text messages confirming the appointment and the name and contractor license number of the technician. I received a text that the technician was enroute who was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening. The technican was very courteous, respectful, friendly and conscious of the COVID-19 safety measures.. He give a quote prior to beginning the repair and quick and easy payment processing. Great service! I will definitely use the company again.

Sent a non-emergent email and was offered an appt the next day. Updated me on his arrival time when appt window began. David was professional and thorough even while instructing an apprentice. Allowed me to get dishwasher installed after repairing my leak. Highly recommend! Will use again if needed!

We have been a customer for several years, Eric Garner has been has come out a few times , he is a top notch professional, gives the bottom line and here on time! Thank you Eric.A suggestion for the home office (as a maintenance contract customer) who calls and says the air went out the night before and the house is 85, it's hot,and when can someone come out.......not really wanting to hear what day of the week is best for scheduling......

I normally don't comment or give review but I had to if I could give them a zero I would..I Warranty Company got this Company to come out and check my water heater I'm asking what the problem is he said nothing all he said was he had to get authorization from the Company fine so he goes out side and called so in the meantime the other guy came and said we have to take your co payment I said you haven't fix anything he said that's how the Company does.So I call to the Warranty Company to see why I have to pay up front he said that's their policy..So Neve came back and said they went the claim cause the record told him him I just got service yesterday in the meanwhile I'm still on the phone with Warranty Company the Supervisor stated I had this Warranty since Jan 28,2018...So they left I then call back to Warrranty Company and got the authorization department on the phone they started he hasn't called and gave the diagnosis, so I called to this Company the recp said that he was talking to them then...I called back to the Authorization Dept once again he said he hadn't call..Once I hung up with them call back to Company she stated that they deny the claim...So I'm going back and forth...So I called them from 2:30 to about 4:30 all I got was their answering machine even the Warranty Company call no answer this is very unprofessional ...I said somebody isn't tell the truth on what's going on. .

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. Down to earth, customer focused I would highly recommend Herb to those who need plumbing repairs. Ron Bullard

I called them for an estimate. We just moved here. I don’t have a problem - I just needed an estimate for potential work. They told me “that’s not an estimate - that’s work to be done.” Then proceeded to say I needed to pay $95 for them to come out, look at it, tell me how much it costs and then decide if I want them to do the work. That sounds like an estimate. I don’t like companies with a “supermodel” state of mind. clearly they do not need or want new business. I have a competitor coming out to give me an ESTIMATE at no charge, who will likely earn my long term business.

As a real estate agent and property manager my company is always looking for hard working and great contractors to give work to. I called to see if it was possible to get a simple quote on a few items and was refused service. After being refused service, I was then hung up on. Will not be recommending this company to anyone if you can't even get a quote/ estimate.
