the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Everyone at A1 was professional and courteous. From the phone call to make the appointment to the individual who texted about the appointment, through the plumber, I was very pleased with the service from each person. Pricing was as told to me over the phone and I got good service for the price. In addition, the plumber who came was so professional and knowledgeable that he immediately made me comfortable that whatever problem he found, he would be able to fix. He was kind and patient in explaining what he found about the leak, as well as what he would do to repair it. It is not always comfortable having folks come to the house to make repairs but I felt comfortable with this gentleman. Highly satisfied, I plan on using A1 for all my plumbing needs.

Dave puts the “plumb” in plumbing. He had to come behind another local plumber (an imposter passing himself off as a professional) the service warranty company sent. The ACTUAL plumber diagnosed the problem in no time, including coming up with a solution. We’re talking about clearing a kitchen sink clog, not finding Malaysia Flight 370. Dave knows what he is doing and won’t waste your time...just ask for him.

Honest guy. Fixed a problem from the previous plumber and gave some recommendations that saved me several hundred dollars. Definitely recommend.

This place has been around for years, and 1 thing about them is that they always have whatever you need.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

Wonderful experience with Norfolk Plumbing! We had water coming out from underneath the siding outside our kitchen and Ridge was able to come to our house quickly to diagnose the problem (hole in the pipe where it had corroded) and make the necessary repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and hard-working, and I wouldn’t call anyone else for our plumbing needs!
