Just got off the phone with Ellsworth - will NEVER do business with them again. We purchased our water heater from them in 2012 and purchased the extended warranty that they recommended we buy. This would.cover us until 2022. Yesterday our water heater died, and when we called to have them replace it, they said we.never sent in the paperwork, so the warranty was no good. WE PAID FOR THE WARRANTY!! And there is no doubt my slightly-OCD husband sent it in, he would NEVER let that go. SO disappointed and disgusted.

The property manager for the townhouse we rent sent Jim Bertolino for a hot water issue we were having, but after working with him today, he will be my go to plumbing company for the home we are purchasing (where I get to choose who to hire). He called at 11:30am and said he could be at the house by noon, which was amazing considering the last plumbing company we used took DAYS to get to us. He introduced himself in the driveway, knocked his boots on the concrete and then wiped them again before coming in the house. Immediately upon seeing our water heater, he knew what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He said that as soon as he got approval from the property manager, he could go pick up a new water heater, bring it back and install it - ALL SAME DAY. He was very emphatic that when he came back to install the water heater, he would place tarps on the carpet, not only where they would be working, but also anywhere they would be walking through. He made sure that I moved any valuables out of the way so they didn't accidentally get bumped into while he was maneuvering the new water heater into place. During this whole process, he made sure to call me and give me updates on the status of everything, even though that really isn't something he HAD to do. I have never been so impressed with a company's attentiveness to their customer - THANK YOU for making sure I have hot water tonight!
