Best Furnace Replacement in Chesapeake VA
Hardest part was chosing a company because lots of options out here. I liked the military discount for sure but the response time wonme over, availability is what I went with and the repairman that came Matt was a straight shooter and we went over realistic options and looked at what the neighbors had in comparison. I have a Lennox and thought it was the shyd. Come to find out it is not not close. I have been surviving but better is out there. Grateful for what I have inherited.

After recently purchasing a home, we were having some issues with our AC not keeping up. After 2 diagnostic visits, we were told a piece of our duct work needed to be reattached/repaired. They were able to get us an appointment to have it repaired the next day. Both technicians were honest and very friendly. It was a bit pricey (we were told it’s a flat rate for any duct work done up to 25ft) even as an “elite member”, but we’re confident the work was done correctly and professionally. The technicians were great!

Extremely poor customer service! After receiving a phone call for an appointment on one day I received another phone call an hour later stating that something must have went wrong with their scheduling software and they wouldn’t be able to get me until two days later. Since my ac was busted and I was upset I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Yep you quested it no luck their. I then called to speak with the owner and yet again no luck.Their same day promotion is a joke, if they can’t get you in they will not call you back! Lies all lies.I warned you Russell’s I promised to leave a negative review for your poor professionalism. Shame shame shame.......

Awesome service from James!
A/C had been out for three days and our builder’s company couldn’t respond but they gave me James’s cell number and he came out at 8:30 in the dark to try to fix or diagnose the problem! He figured it out in minutes but needed to get a service Board to repair. He followed up first thing in the morning and gave me a price and told me he could be there within an hour to install! He did and repaired our unit in less than an hour!! James and the company phone contact were professional and caring. I will be using them exclusively for any future requirements and will recommend them to friends and family!!

I've used the House Call Company since before they were known by that name and always had a good experience. My biggest issue being that I had to call them for my 'regular' seasonal maintenance.
In Oct. 2014, I got my whole HVAC system replaced (furnace, AC unit, and ductwork). Overall it went well, but a couple of the vents did not have anywhere near the output that all of the others did. I ask about it and was told it was likely due to those vents being the last in the line and another team could come and adjust the dampers, so I let it go for a while.
I continued to ask about it, but felt like I just got brushed off.
Finally, Dean was the serviceman that came to do my seasonal maintenance. Right away Dean said they'd make it right. He said they have a lifetime workmanship warrantee, which I had not heard before.
So while they've definitely not been perfect, they've always striven to make it right and they have, so that's why I give them 4 stars and continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance.
