Came out and fixed my AC! Very professional, on time, communication was good, friendly service. No complaints!

Scott came out late at night to check why my heat failed. He was very friendly and professional. After he informed me of the parts that failed and quoted me he also took the time to walk me out and educate me. David came to my home and was very professional and was a local who knew some of the people I work with and helped me get a great deal on a new HVAC. I did not have heat during a very cold time and even though they were fully booked he managed to pull some strings and get my HVAC installed on a weekend only a day later. The installation team did a good job. They left a few items around but overall did a good job. One of the team members did not wear a mask or booties so that was off putting but the other one did. Overall I would use recommend this company to someone else as of this moment for the fact of the speedy installation and quality job. The one big disappointment I currently have is that the woman who I need to contact to set up the city inspection is MIA. I have left multiple messages and emails with zero response. That’s off putting.

Lennox Wi-Fi tstat bad b4 6 year mark. Have annual contract with them. Called in emergency for no heat in middle of the night with no call back until normal operating hours. Tech came out late PM said he didn’t have that tstat and I’d have to order - he literally was going to leave me w/o heat, until I said he wasn’t leaving until I had heat! Rewire to a manual t/stat. He did. I have heat. But he gave me a very old model of Honeywell that cost $80 new but charged $200 then didn’t even give me programmable capabilities! I will be buying a new Lennox S30 but Smith&Keene will absolutely not be getting the business!!

Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved.

Update: less than 12 hours later and no particles or black flecks in my water. Awesome service experience!!! 5 stars

Marvin is excellent! He responded very quickly and showed up on time. We are very pleased with how knowledgeable and professional Marvin and the install team were. We were quoted a fair price and they were able to install our AC and furnace the very next day. Huge thank you to R.A. Styron, we'll be customers for life!

Very professional. Kem troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue with our AC units within seconds of his arrival. He knew what was wrong by listening to the unit. I have members of my family back in Alabama that work in the HVAC field; they are very good at it but Kem is above them. I would gladly recommend Premier Mechanical Systems to my family, friends, and neighbors. Excellent job.
