Had my HVAC replaced by them. Part that was installed has now failed. They agreed to replaced manufactured bad part for $1882. Part is free but labor and coolant that is needed are not hence the $1882. They like to say free replacement parts then jack up labor cost.

Carlos and his crew came out to assess old heater determined the issue, and recommended a replacement. There was a two day turnaround on receiving new heater and I was back up in running.
