After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Daniel was so polite,knowledgeable and helpful. No one wants to wake up to a leak and flooding in their house at 3am. Daniel made the whole experience so much less stressful with his calm demeanor and kindness. He even helped me book an appointment for an electrician with Michael & Sons to have someone look at my electrical problems. Great guy and great company!

One of their drivers almost wrecked into me on 64 while trying to merge onto Greenbrier Pkwy. If I wouldn't have taken evasive action he would have hit me. If that weren't bad enough he drives on the shoulder of the exit ramp to pull up beside me to use foul language and profanity. If this is how reckless the employees drive how reckless is their work product. See picture.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company! Unreliable, irresponsible, and inexperienced staff.

DAY ONE: I made an appointment with a technician to receive a quote. The representative arrives, I explain what I need done and he says the job is going to be $320 with parts and labor. Since I needed the job done asap I did not have time to shop around. I also needed the job done before 8am because I need to open my business by then so I was charged extra for coming in before operating hours. OK, so I make an appointment for the next day at 7AM.

DAY TWO: Technician does not arrive and I receive a call from the owner of the company around 730AM saying that unfortunately he's not going to make it due to a family emergency. He offers me a $50 discount for the inconvenience and promises me he will have another technician at 7AM sharp. I say OK.

DAY THREE: I arrive at 7AM sharp and the technician DOES NOT SHOW UP! AGAIN! I try to call the owner but he does not answer my phone calls. I receive a phone call from the technician at 750AM that hes on his way...I tell him its too late because I need to open my business at 8AM and I paid extra to get the job done BEFORE then. He explains that he was just informed about the job this morning!

He apologizes and would like the opportunity to come in anyways to take a look at the job to see if he can come up with a solution without turning off my gas. The other technician told him it would be a quick and EASY job. I say OK.

He looks at what I need done and quotes me at $376 with the discount!
I asked WHY are you quoting me a higher price than I originally was!? He said the first technician was wrong and the job I actually need cost more. HOW CAN THE FIRST TECHNICIAN BE WRONG!? He explains the first technician isn't as experienced as he is! SERIOUSLY!?

He said I need the adapter from a specific hose and the only way to get that piece is to purchase the entire hose which retails at $245. Which I KNOW that isn't the price he pays for it, and now instead of helping us out for all the inconvenience hes trying to make more money off me by selling me parts I DONT need!

Now that I knew what I needed to get the job done I went online and bought the adapter myself. PAID $33.45!!!

I was calling other plumbing companies and not getting returned calls or a no show appointment. I called Richardson Plumbing very early in the morning and he responded himself on a Sunday morning and came by on Sunday night. He is was friendly but also extremely professional and has lots of other contacts of other very good trades needed for your home. We are very satisfied with his quality of work. We will definitely use his services again if needed.

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

This is what Smith and Keene’s $1800 repair did to our AC. Frozen solid inside and out. Techs came out near 10 times and instead of searching for a refrigerant leak once they found the refrigerant was low, they “topped” it off and advised us our coil needed to be replaced instead. Had a different company come and tell us because of their lack of due diligence in finding the leak we likely have a damaged unit now also. Oh and their so called 24/7 emergency service is a joke! Takes them 3 days to come out every time. I’m sitting here with two toddlers in sweltering heat due to their ineptitude.

Awesome service, we called for a clogged kitchen sink drain the he was here within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable of his trade and will use his services again in the future if need be.

Excellent service and quality! We found a major vertical sewer pipe leak in an exterior brick wall. After cutting a small hole behind the dishwasher and confirming that the whole (100 yr old) pipe needed replacement, they called in a local carpenter to take out the cabinets and cut the wall open. They stayed late to make sure the pipe was fully fixed so that we'd still be able to use the upstairs bathrooms, even cleaning up the work area before they left for the day. Had the same carpenter back to help put things back together, and looking at it now you'd never know the whole wall had been opened up. Amazing work and dedication, and very reasonable pricing.
