Premier responded to my call quickly. Shane and his assistant worked diligently to find the underground cast iron pipe that had crumbled with age. We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

I have three toilets in my home and all of them were backing up. My third shower was also backing up with poop. Rich came out at 7:30pm and had it all flowing in about 30 minutes!!!! He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable. I definitely will be using his services in the future!!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.

Noticed that one of my breakers making a buzzing sound, and had one room with no power to the outlets. Made an appointment with Michael and sons. I was planning to replace my breaker box soon because of its small size. Steven diagnosed loose connections on 2 breakers, and originally was going to replace but recommended a panel upgrade. Upon removing the breakers there was major degradation to the panel and it needed an immediate replacement. Steven was able to come out the very next day and replace our old panel with a new one with whole home surge protection. I really appreciate the fast turn around on such an in depth job, and can sleep easy knowing my breaker box isn't at risk of catching fire.

Amazing!!! After dealing with a plumbing service that overcharged us for a part and then quoted 2 hours for the follow up service with astronomical prices, Discount Plumbing Co. really came through for us. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars all around!!!

Update: Increased from 3 to 4 Stars. The Superintendent figured out pretty quickly what had gone wrong, ordered the replacement part, and got the dishwasher up and running again. We appreciate their willingness to make things right, and will absolutely use them again.Update: Increased from 1 to 3 stars. The Superintendent did come out and he was much MUCH nicer. He is going to try to help us fix the dishwasher, so this review could be changed again, depending on the outcome.My husband and I bought a new fridge, and we had to have a water line run to it in order to use the ice maker and water features. They didn't ask us any questions to determine if they would need to bring anything with them, but gave us a quote, and assured us the job was less than 1 hour from start to finish. They showed up fairly early in the window, and then told us they had to go buy another part. We were charged for the time they were gone not actually working on my water line, and took much longer than the 1 hour we were quoted. One of the two techs was incredibly rude, and yelled loudly each time he turned around and saw our cat. At no point did my cat attempt to go near him, nor did the tech ask us to secure him (which we would have done had we been made aware there was an issue).In order to complete the work, the techs asked to pull my dishwasher out. We agreed (I mean, we were paying them to do a job, and this was a very reasonable request). When they finished, they put it back, but in doing so, they broke it. The dishwasher was not screwed into the counter, and had not been since we purchased it at the recommendation of the appliance store delivery and installation tech. The techs who were installing our waterline for the fridge not only screwed it into my counter, they did so in such a way that left the bottom of it raised off the ground between 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, and sticking out almost 2 inches. The door wouldn't close properly when it was in that position, and it wouldn't turn on. My husband was able to get the door to close after unscrewing it from the counter, but it still wouldn't run. This was only hours after they had left, so we called them back, and the customer service representative was very polite. She sympathized with our situation, and very quickly set up a new appointment for the next day.The same, rude tech came out, and he had an even worse attitude from the get go. He continued to blame us, saying that we gave him permission to move the dishwasher, and that he didn't do anything wrong. My husband asked him to pack up and leave be ause he was no longer welcome in our home, and advised him that once he was gone, my husband would be calling the techs supervisor. The supervisor wasn't available, so we were told that they would get back to us within 24 hours. We believed we were being brushed off. Not long after that, maybe 45 minutes to 1 hour, we got a call back telling us that the Superintendent wanted to come out and look for himself. We weren't given a window of time to expect him. No, we were given a set time. That time has come and gone, and we had no word from him or the company. When my husband called to find out what was going on, again the Superintendent was not available. On top of that there was no record of our appointment or visit.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!
