Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

I called A1 Sewer & Drain in Hampton for a free estimate to have my sewer line replaced. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Robin was the technician that came to my house. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions, measured and accessed the situation and wrote up an estimate. I met with two other plumbing companies for estimates but my husband and I will be going with A1 because they have the best price were the most professional. I deducted 1 star for the fact that they didn’t call me in the morning to confirm my appointment and the other companies did that and A1 gave me a window if 9-12 but came at 1pm. However they did call to let me know they’d be late. Overall, kindness and professionalism goes a long way and A1 has both.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
