Have been using them for years prices keep seeming to creep past the area avg. Have backed down to only using them in an emergency

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Bill and Morris provided exceptional work getting my heating system back up and running. They were thorough with identifying the root cause of the issue with my unit and provided a fix at a very reasonable expense. Great company to deal with. We signed up for a maintenance plan on 2 properties and haven’t even had the units cleaned yet with Russell’s. We are month old customers, our outside unit would not come on. Called at noon on a Sunday, Shane showed up at 4 the same day. Shane knows what he’s doing for sure, and very professional. Had the unit running in no time. Excellent company so far we are very impressed.We switched from the company that spends lots on advertising with the yellow vans.Shane didn’t try and tell me I need a new unit and that it was over 10 years old. He simply fixed to problem, checked the system and said it’s running great and within spec. The yellow vans always find a way to tell us our units are old and need to be replaced soon.Good job Russell’s!!!!

Their work is great good luck in setting appointments even when you join the yearly maintenance. Close follow up on the customers part is required or you may never see them. Basically the only issue I have seen originates with scheduling which is an office problem and the ‘ sorry about that’ attitude that pours fuel on the frustration.

Justin D and his assistant Eric, did a great job on the toilet installation at our business. They were most helpful, professional and friendly. The job was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning the job site

We have known the Styron family and used their services for over 26 years. Everyone has always been very polite, thorough, and professional. They have done many jobs over the years at our home. We use their spring/fall maintenance program to reduce problems throughout the year. They are a reliable, trustworthy, fair company.

I have been there to go hard to find d parts on several occasions and they always had what I needed. They're knowledgeable and friendly. I will go to them first for now on.

Buds was very prompt and professional. From the no pressure sales tactics, to the very knowledgeable salesman Steven M. They gave us options on replacement units and provided us the necessary time to ask all questions either that day or over the next few days. Once we made the decision to go with them they put us in the schedule and a week later they showed up at their scheduled time exactly. They didn’t have other calls to go to before or after us they were designated that day for our new HVAC install. They cleaned everything up after they finished and conducted a brief training and walk through of the system! They then promptly the very next day sent us the confirmation of the product warranty registration. I truly believe in a world that is only trying to get the most amount of money for the least amount of work. Buds remembers what’s most important and that’s their customers! I highly recommend Buds as we have tried Michael and sons and A1 with disappointment abounding. When other companies don’t appreciate your business Buds will.

As previously stated in other reviews, this company is very unprofessional. They came to do my 12 month warranty and caused more problems. I called multiple times for them to fix the problem and the last response we heard was “we will call you back”. Do not use this company
