I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

Chris came to our home from A-1 on June 28 to problem solve several plumbing issues in an upstairs bath. He diagnosed the problems quickly, explained what was wrong and how to fix them. He explained what he did afterwards so we would understand the job that was done. Chris was so nice and respectful of our home. He worked efficiently and did a wonderful job. This is the second time he has helped us and we just think he's great.

They responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Saturday that same day. After a short explanation of the problem both technicians quickly identified the problem and fixed it with minimal disruption, saving us both time and money. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had Richardson Plumbing come to fix my low water pressure in my master bath shower & kitchen faucet and replace a shower head on my upstairs shower, they were scheduled to arrive between 9-10 am at a few min before 10 they called to say they were on the way when they arrived they got right to work checked out my problem explained what I needed to do and said if I had any problems to give them a call and he would come back to help. I was pleased with their service & knowledge this is a family owned business & old school which was refreshing I will be calling them again if ever needed.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Had water coming up under my floors near my air handler. Stopped in Wednesday after and they had a tech out Thursday morning. I was already the 3rd stop for Donnie and he was great! He explained the process along the way and preventative actions to take. It was a super fix and He was very nice and thorough and I will use this company again!

The most amazing company I’ve worked with in my time here. Our heat went out last night they got here early the next morning found the problem and fixed it right away! Nothing but polite and professional the entire time. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

I called Tony to install a new kitchen faucet so this was not an emergency repair. However, he called me back promptly and told me when he would be available which was fine with me. He came when he said he would and had the faucet installed in no time, even though it did not come with all the parts needed to make the sink area complete. Tony is friendly, tells you what he is doing while he is doing it, and doesn't charge exorbitant fees. I have called him a couple times and would not hesitate to call him again.

They were so incredibly responsive and able to answer all questions for me at any time for all of the things we needed done. Will recommend them for all projects!!!

Clint was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to install the outlet quickly, cleaned up after and gave information on other electrical projects for the future. I will definitely use this company again.
