Best Commercial Repairs in Chesapeake VA

Had a plumbing issue with kitchen sink and laundry room slow drain. Called and was told would be between $200-$275 depending on if they need to access pipes from a drain opening or a connected pipe. They never took of shoes and tracked mud through the house. Made the water overflow in the laundry room. Left the mess. They did clean the pipes to resolve the issue with slow drains but charged 100$ more then told would cost. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Would gladly pay 375$ if quoted that and they didn’t overflow the pipes and track dirt through the house and leave a mess. Not cool.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

We had an inspection done by a company that quoted us nearly 5 grand in repairs. I called Brown Plumbing and Septic for a second opinion and they were so kind and helpful from the get go. They were out to our home within 30 minutes to re inspect and repair our system. They had it all completed in a few hours for less than half the cost we were originally quoted, and let my husband watch and learn throughout the process. Honest people and great service. I wish we would have called them first! 10/10 will recommend. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

The faucet and handles in my sons' bathroom shower were leaking. I called and All Day Plumbing was at my house within the hour! Come to find out I needed to convert the 2 shower handle faucet to 1 because it was old, outdated, and outlawed because of scolding issues.. 😬YIKES!!!

Anyway the repair/convertion price was resonable, the techs were kind & respectful, they fixed the problem same day, AND I received a miltary discount. A straight win ALL the way around!

I called A1after reading reviews on line. I had a leaking water heater.The young lady I spoke to told me they could have someone out the next day. I inquired about cost and she quoted me a amount for the unit and 2 hours labor. Unfortunately the labor was 5 hours, which was a great deal more then I had been quoted. The workman that did the work was quite diligent in getting the job done, however he was not very careful concerning the carpet and walls . I was upset concerning the dramatic change in cost and the mess that the workman made. I called the company and shared my complaints. The next day a manager came out and sat down and explained why it took so much longer then I was originally quoted. He showed me the price tier for heating units and why mine was so much more then an average unit. He also told me they would have someone contact me to clean the carpet and clean the walls. I was contacted that afternoon by a carpet service and scheduled a time to come out and take care of the problem. They came out and did a beautiful job. The walls were taken care of too.After a rocky start to getting my water heater replaced, I am happy to say that I understand the costs and the cleaning issues were dealt with quickly and beautifully .I would recommend A1 to anyone who need these services.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

New construction home and they installed our toilets incorrectly. We have two button (eco-friendly) toilets and they swapped the lines for two of the toilets in our home. Additionally, in our master bathroom, we have a sewage smell that comes at least once a week... they come out and see/smell nothing wrong. They don't see any leaks on their side, so there must not be an actual issue. Toilet seats were installed crooked... I mean, about 20% of the seat was actually hanging off. It's not even that there are issues, its that they come out and cant find anything wrong because they dont care to actually look. It's super frustrating.

***Editing to add update*** the toilet issues have since been fixed, after calling and saying how there was still a smell, and requesting them to check the seals… one of the seals was not installed correctly… because it didn’t exist. But, alas… it is fixed.

Nothing not to like for my particular project. Mike and Vince were great. They arrived early, had a good attitude, were totally professional. Mike made me aware of an unexpected situation with the relocation of my buried waterline shutoff valve (there's always something unexpected). Once Mike presented my options and I made a decision, they made a quick trip to the store to get a new part and took care of the job. The cost of the job did not change. The first time I contacted Cecilia's was on a Friday. I received a emailed quote the same day and they were able to schedule the job the next day. Their availability to quickly get the job done along with competitive pricing made this a no-brainer.

We had an emergency electricity issue at our new house on a Sunday evening, and contacted Get Lit Electrical. Our technician was Danny, and he arrived promptly and was very clear in explaining the issue and the solution to us. He also gave us a very reasonable quote on future work. Would highly recommend, and will use Get Lit, and Danny specifically, for future work.
