They made a stressful situation manageable and got the work done under difficult circumstances, all at a very fair price. Would hire them again without hesitation.

Great experience! Prompt and professional. I've used Premier Plumbing several times and always have great communication and follow-up. There was an issue at one of my rental properties after an initial plumbing repair - they responded immediately, coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. Things happen and this company stands by their work. I am happy to recommend them, and will call on them again the future.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Raymond was extremely professional and efficient. Completely remodeled our shower by himself over the course of a week. Knowledgeable and courteous was always easy to talk to and explained what was going on if we ever had questions. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing needs.

Had a main line water leak in the weekend. Jeremy was able to come out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem. It required some extensive digging in the front yard so they had to come back on Monday but they were prompt, professional and finished the job. I was extremely worried about my driveway so they did their best to disrupt the yard as little as possible. Would definitely recommend again!!

I called for multiple issues with plumbing on a rental. The company had four in total trips to the home. They drilled a hole through a wall and never fixed and I had failed an inspection because the inspector indicated they placed combustible materials around a gas vented system. After many attempts to reach them there was no response. They want the money but do not want to put in the work correctly. I will use a company with more experience to get it done right the first time.

Adam & team replaced the polybutylene water service line from the city valve box to the structure. He was out the same day I called for an estimate and completed the repair at the quoted cost faster than I expected. Excellent customer service.

Rocco Catalano came to check my A/C unit and even though it wasn't great news as I need a replacement, he was very professional and helpful to get me through the process and work out everything to my satisfaction. Excellent and timely service! David is friendly, and took extra time to explain procedures and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with how the new water heater operated. I will use Richardson Plumbing for future work and recommend them to all my friends. Nice to know there are still Master craftsmen in Hampton Roads who have the skills to provide this type of quality workmanship.

Wouldnt use a company with such a bad, unsafe driver. Rode about 3 feet behing me going 80 on the highway for aboit 30 miles until he decided to speed around and cut me off with no blinker. I had my kids in the car. I watched as he did this to several other drivers. If he doesnt care about people on the road how is he going to care about his service.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
