The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Our bathtub drain was completely clogged. This is our one and only bathtub. I had tried to use a snake to unclog it, but could not get the snake down through the drain pipe far enough to help. Early the next morning, we began calling to get a plumber. I don't know if it was because it was Friday or if plumbers are always busy, but after calling several places, they were all booked up until at least Tuesday. That's not a good thing when you only have one bathtub! At that point, I called Roto-Rooter and the technician came out within two hours. His name is George Diaz, and he did a great job. It took him a little while because the clog was so far in. He probably wasn't here more than an hour though. We are so thankful for him and for Roto-Rooter being able to quickly and efficiently unclog the drain and get our bathtub back to good working order. Thank you, George! A job well done!

Person on call was very professional and cared very much about the quality work I received. Thank you very much for working with us. And I appreciate the excellent service you provide!!Had to call service three times. First time the worker was kind enough to offer me a discount for being late, which was much appreciated. Second time was very disappointing. Worker who stopped by seemed very young and didn't seem very knowledgeable. The small food clog in the kitchen that could've been resolved the same day was not because this young man figured there's ice in the main drain line. Well it turns out that wasn't the case. After waiting for the ice to thaw out(in which it didn't because there weren't any), I had to make the third call. Again, a different worker. He was very professional and got the job done quick. But he did NOT offer any discount for an inconvenience fee from the second worker who stopped by. I would rate the company 5/5 if it weren't for the second worker leaving the job undone.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.
