I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! My mother needed her water heater replaced. The last one was installed in 1998! I called A-1 American because I saw that they specialized in water heaters. Jeremy Shacklette was our service provider. He was professional, clean and skilled. He completed the job in a short amount of time and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very satisfied with the services we received from Jeremy.
