The technician was very informative. He was honest about what was wrong with my commercial unit. How do I know that? Because I thought the unit was a total goner as I didn't know anything about the unit as far as it age. He said the problem was a quick fix, he informed me that my unit was in great condition. That was so good to hear as I was in fear of forking out $6000 for a new unit. He also informed me that I didn't need to use filters that I have been using because using them would create a problem as he explained why. They are my go to from now on.
