I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

I had just been told by another company that I needed an expensive repair to a unit that was less than 4 years old but the tech didn't seem to be able to answer questions. I had heard so many positive things about Russell's and wanted to get a second opinion. I'M SO GLAD I CALLED RUSSELL'S!! The technician, Berto, came out and looked at the system. He was able to solve the problem and the expensive repair was not needed! He was so informative on how to prevent this problem in the future and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. The system is working great and all it took was a common sense approach. It's nice to know that there is still a company that wants to see happy customers!

A/C had been out for three days and our builder’s company couldn’t respond but they gave me James’s cell number and he came out at 8:30 in the dark to try to fix or diagnose the problem! He figured it out in minutes but needed to get a service Board to repair. He followed up first thing in the morning and gave me a price and told me he could be there within an hour to install! He did and repaired our unit in less than an hour!! James and the company phone contact were professional and caring. I will be using them exclusively for any future requirements and will recommend them to friends and family!!

Great experience start to finish. Making the appointment was quick and easy, and they worked with my schedule, not wantuwa me to be available for several hours. The technician (Justin) notified me whenwhe was on his way, giving me ample time to be home and waiting. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly, resolving my electrical issue easily. He was very polite and more importantly honest. He didn't try to swindle me and even adjusted the price a little. I am very happy with the service and would recommend House Call Company to anybody.

Needed a piece for my outdoor shower that I was having a hard time finding. Guy at the counter knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I have also used them before to clear a clogged drain and replace a faucet and everything has been great. Thanks again
