We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Chandler and Tyler were prompt and professional, unlike two other local plumbing companies I used, they thoroughly explained what they were going to do, was honest about the findings of the broken drain line under my slab, and worked thoroughly to pin point the pipe location under my concrete. Chandler was very thorough in explaining next courses of action and getting me promptly set up with the upcoming repair job.

My mother (almost 70 years old) lives in Virginia Beach and hired David to do a plumbing job for her. She asked him to replace a toilet in the upstairs bathroom in her house. Come to find out the new toilet in the box had been broken... David told my mom it’s okay. She went to get a replacement toilet from Home Depot while David told her he will wait while she exchanged the broken toilet. He carried the new toilet upstairs, installed it, and it works great.

We moved out of town and needed a trustworthy plumber to be available for our rental house. Tony was great keeping me updated during everything, his price also beat out the other company we contacted. I will be keeping him in speed dial for any other plumbing needs.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

After dealing with our home warranty company and the contractor they sent out (Budget Plumbing) we can wholeheartedly say that Roto-Rooter is a life saver. We had our pipes replaced and a 2-way clean out installed all within a short time notice. Our home warranty company did not cover it and that is fine because they lost us as customers but you guys definitely gain a new one. Granted it did cost us a pretty penny however I would rather have it done by a prompt, knowledgeable, and reputable company. I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

Called Jim to repair a toilet and address my concerns about an aging water heater. He got me on his schedule rather quickly and showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the toilet and repaired it. He then explained how he could attach a flood stop switch to my water heater so if it ever started leaking the switch would stop water flow in my house and limit water damage. He said it was a little pricey, but it is well worth my piece of mind. My neighbor recently had his water heater start leaking and the cost in damage is over $30K. When my water heater does expire, I'll be calling Jim for help. Thanks Jim!

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
