After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had Ryan Stephens as my plumber. He was on time, stepped through the door and went straight to work. Extremely knowledgeable, down to earth. I wasn't able to complete my project today, but I'm definitely going to reach out and give them a call again when I'm ready to get it finished.

I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

They worked with my schedule and were easy to reach and communicate with. Robert was friendly, competent and professional. He covered my floors with plastic from the door all the way to the bathroom. I was charged exactly what I was quoted despite it taking a bit longer than what he thought it would take. I would def. call again if/when plumbing services needed.

I have a short term rental property and was very thankful that a technician was able to come out on a Saturday. Sam Bailie was very thorough and tried every means possible to unclog the toilet before having to actually remove it. I really appreciate the fact that he tried for over one hour before he finally decided that it was necessary to remove the toilet. Sam was professional and very thorough and I’m so grateful that he fixed the problem, especially because it’s a holiday weekend.

He gave me peace of mind! Woke up to find a water stain on the ceiling under where our water heater is located. We have already had 1 bad heater burst years ago and left us with a waterfall in our downstairs, so I feared this is where we were heading. Called around to plumbers and no one could come out for 2+ weeks. Called Richardson Plumbing and he came out on his way home from his last job site, assessed the damage, inspected my water heater, and assured me there would be no overnight waterfall. Thankful I could rest easy that night, he returned the next day as promised and found and repaired the leaky pipe. Professional, punctual, responsive, kind, and caring! A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

Our tech was Bryant Cueto and we could not have asked for better service! After we lost our water, he came to the house the day after House Call Company was called and saw what we were going through and made us a priority for the following day and got us our water back! The work he did looks incredible and Bryant, as well as the company, really made us feel important and that is all you can ask for when you are in the situation we were in. Bryant was very professional and he was a really positive person despite everything he was doing in the January weather. If we are ever faced with a situation like that again we know exactly who we would call for the job to get done. Thanks to him we can now shower in our own home again!

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
