Best Air Conditioning System in Chesapeake VA

Have not used their services as of today, however they kept me updated on when they will be able to fulfill the appointment. I have chosen to go through my home warranty.

Late for appointment called said technician would arrive within hour was almost two hours. Drain line was stopped up had to be cleaned out took about 30 minutes cost 250.00 dollars which I felt was high but I paid with no question as I originaly quoted 350.00 dollars it took a call to the manager to reduce the price but ac is back running and sometimes you just have except the price and pay the piper.

Polite, courteous, efficient, explained everything he was doing.
Explained all recommended service and cost of those services, no pressure.

Tech Brian Buss serviced my air conditioner today and did a great job! I have been a Smith and Keene customer for several years and would highly recommend them.

My ac went out last night, they were able to see me the same day I called, the techs were very helpful and friendly. They explained everything to me before and after. The price was reasonable and one of the cheaper service charges I found. Very happy with the entire experience! Thank you guys!

I had the best experience with this company. They fix the handle in my bathroom with no problem. 2 months ago I had a different company out for the same problem they told me they couldn't fix it. Mr Phillip did it with no problem Just show you who wants to work. I will not call the other company out. Again thank you to House Calls you are on my list. I giver this company a five.

I wanted to compliment Buds crew who installed a new a/c unit and a furnace reinstall. Brice, Johnathan & Andre were the crew that did the job and did an excellent job.. It took several hours and when finished the job site was cleaned up and I had a brand new a/c unit. Thank you guys and Buds Heating & Air for a job I was very nervous about having done. I have a hundred year old house in Ocean View with all of the troubles that accompany older structures. These guys came out and did a great and efficient job on clearing tree roots from my sewer line. They are courteous, professional, and I like them so much I am going to ask them to do a larger repair job on the line to prevent the problem in the future. I dislike not doing work on my home myself because I am almost always disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the ineptitude and lack of care with the work that is done. A.B Parker & Son reminded me that there are still some good people out there that I CAN trust to do a good job. Thank you, Mark and the gentleman who accompanied you!

Very disgusted with how a young military couple was taken advantage of during an after hours repair that was no where near the $1,000 that was charged

Stay clear of this company. Famous last words we will call you back. They never call back and are extremely unprofessional.
