Tidewater Plumbing has saved me so much money on my plumbing and heating issues for the past 20+ years. Mr Martin knows how to fix every problem I have ever had at my house from replacing my heating a/c system to replacing pipes under my bathroom sink to finding a outside water leak. Mr. Martin and his partner Morris are true honest, polite, hardworking, very knowledgeable gentlemen. I would never trust my plumbing and heating issues to anyone else. More people need to have the integrity that Mr. Martin has.

OMG!!!! The people at RS Andrews are AWESOME!!! Our A/C went out the end of last summer and people were coming out putting a band-aide on the problem. Justin came out to our home on a Friday looked at the problem informed my husband and I what the issue(s) were and began telling us different options. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We felt like we had known him forever. He set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday)to have a Consultant come out to give us different A/C options and prices. The consultant was Michael who was also GREAT!!! He was patient with me and my husband providing all the information we needed to purchase a new A/C. We had a thousand questions and Michael answered every single one of them. He got us financed and he was a joy to work with. Monday & Tuesday morning Matt, Patrick and Eric came to our home and they were fabulous!!! They put our new system in; cleaned up behind themselves even when I told Matt I would clean up he told me no he had it. Absolutely amazing!!! Patrick and Eric also took time in showing me and my husband how to work the new system answered ALL questions we had with no hesitation. All of these gentlemen were GREAT!!!! I will most DEFINITELY recommend RS Andrews to all my Family and Friends!

Andrew and Dave came in the morning and were great through the whole installation. They were quiet, unobtrusive, and laid down mats and wore shoe covers inside. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves - even in the spots where the mats had spilled - and showed me everything before they left and took questions. Great service overall!

The young gentleman that installed my hot water heater was very friendly, polite, and respectful. They showed up right on time and completed the job in a good amount of time.

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B. 10/10 call for all you HVAC needs. I called them early Friday morning about 8 AM. My A/C unit contactor had gone out overnight and the house was nearly 78 degrees. Benjamin arrived shortly after 10 AM, and got right to work diagnosing and repairing my unit. The prompt response was greatly appreciated as my wife is nearly 8 months pregnant. The repair was completed in a little under an hour and a half with a full service on the freon, unit, and inspection and replacement of the house filters. I cannot recommend them enough!! Additionally. I was able to get a very reasonable quote on replacement of the A/C system. Excellent customer service!

I was in need of a new heat pump unit. A-1 sent a company rep, to my house to assist me. I was very impressed with the their recommendation. The installer conducted himself in a professional manner, clean and very helpful. Thank you A-1

Stay clear of this company. Famous last words we will call you back. They never call back and are extremely unprofessional.
