Andrew Tucker and his Associate David did an excellent job installing our new air conditioning system. We needed two new units and they worked so hard - almost 12 hours straight. Andrew even laughed at my silly joke about needing him to wallpaper around the thermostat. He really inspired confidence in the company, Russell's, that we are purchasing our units from. He gave thorough explanations before leaving and left directions for us. Thank you!

RA Styron installed my HVAC system on a new construction in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. No one but them has touched it since its installation 2.5yrs ago. I have signed up for the bi-yearly servicing which I would highly recommend, the cost is justifiable and it comes with a few other added perks that make it well worth it in my book.

I also had an emergency need to service and/or quote a new system at a property I was attempting to sell which was out of their immediate service area, a short phone call later they had arranged for I believe RA himself to come by as soon as possible to go over my needs.

I have had few contractors that I have worked with on the south-side that have been as attentive as Styron, two thumbs up!

The service was excellent as always. This is my second time using their services and they are top notch. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them.

Buds was very prompt and professional. From the no pressure sales tactics, to the very knowledgeable salesman Steven M. They gave us options on replacement units and provided us the necessary time to ask all questions either that day or over the next few days. Once we made the decision to go with them they put us in the schedule and a week later they showed up at their scheduled time exactly. They didn’t have other calls to go to before or after us they were designated that day for our new HVAC install. They cleaned everything up after they finished and conducted a brief training and walk through of the system! They then promptly the very next day sent us the confirmation of the product warranty registration. I truly believe in a world that is only trying to get the most amount of money for the least amount of work. Buds remembers what’s most important and that’s their customers! I highly recommend Buds as we have tried Michael and sons and A1 with disappointment abounding. When other companies don’t appreciate your business Buds will.

I have dealt with Tommy Parker then his Son Mark, since I bought my home in 1977. From work on my furnace, air conditioner, plumbing and electrical work. They have always been there when I needed them. Expert work at a fair price. I am happy to recommend them.

Just had a new furnace installed by A-1 American and was totally satisfied with the experience. Jake came out to repair our old 20+ year old furnance on a Saturday that had quit working again. He recommended that it was time to quit reparing the old one, which he was willing to do, and purchase a new unit. With all of the cupons and such we got a great deal on a 3ton Multi-Pos Furnace. Jake came back Monday morning with the new furnace and we now have heat. Thank you A-1 American and especially Jake for making the whole experience such a worry free event.
