My kitchen sink had a crack in the drain ring that needed to be repaired. Junior was the professional that was sent out- he definitely is one of the politest and skilled plumbers I have met. He laid out a mat beside the sink to keep the tile clean, when he finished the job was perfectly done & there was no mess! He had created more space under my cabinets and had also closed the holes in my corian counter top where a detergent & soap dispenser had been.

We just got a tankless water heater installed. Sean did an excellent job all the way around. He laid out the job for us when he came and took a look at it and upon his return for the work it went exactly has he had stated. Could not be happier with the whole process. Atomic made it very easy to do and we don't have to worry about running out of hot water anymore. The only bad thing I can say is they scheduled the city inspection without either my wife or I knowing but it all worked out. Overall great job.

I'm writing as a New customer to R.A. Styron Heating and A/C. My technician that came out was named Marvin. He was Absolutely Awesome! he came right on time and serviced my Air Conditioning system. He was Friendly and Professional and he was a Wealth of knowledge in knowing about my system which is a Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling on Marvin again to service my system. I cannot say enough about this man! Because my A/C system needed two different types of servicing, Marvin even pointed me in the right direction as to what

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....

Mike, the owner, was very upfront from the beginning. I had a broken drain line in my slab. My warranty company sent Drain Masters out for the repair. Mike was easy to get ahold of at all times and kept the repair as little stressful as possible. After work was completed Mike came back out and gave us a lot of helpful tips for maintenance on our cast iron pipes. Will be using Drain Masters for all future needs. Also, locally owned and operated business!
