Best Water Heater Repair in Chesapeake VA

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

Scott was awesome. Came in the first hour of my five hour window, was polite and kind, and fixed the issue quickly (bad capacitor on the outside unit). I asked him about a few other things for the system and he was happy to take a look and teach me how often and what to look at. Very happy with his service!

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

Water Heater installation

Some of my thoughts.
1. Valve is not even on the drip pan,
2. Didn't use primer when connecting pipe,
3. Pipe too short, so just vent it,
4. Recycle old pipe cpvc (flexible metal pipe would have been more stable and nice,, but hmm)
5. Drain pan doesn't even fit the water heater,
6. Water heater blocking the drain from drain pan,
7. Asked 100 more for 20 drip pan (oh phone, we agreed that drip pan would be included)
8. Called 300 more than what was agreed on the phone (on phone, agreed that pipe work near would be included but he decided to charge more. And he said I don't like hassling with price)

I was quite pleased with 757 Seven Cities Plumbing. Very professional and prompt with providing service. I would definitely recommend this company to others and use them again. Job well done 👍🏽

I've called several HVAC places to look at my AC and all of them tried to get me to install some $1000 sensor. Not Russell's, they found it just needed an air filter cleaning and this fixed my issues. Two other companies missed this easy find.Russell's might be a little pricey, but they're membership knocks down prices significantly.I also had them replace a water heater that had busted. They showed up when they said they were going to unlike Air Conditioning Specialists who showed up at the end of the work day when I was no longer available. I called other companies first when Russell's should have been the first call.

Dave is upfront, honest, explains the issue, explains how he resolved the issue (is even willing to show you step-by-step), and will even make suggestions to avoid the issue in the future. Overall, he is a super nice guy. He also provides practical and honest estimates if the repair will require more time, work &/or supplies. I highly recommend him!!
