I have three toilets in my home and all of them were backing up. My third shower was also backing up with poop. Rich came out at 7:30pm and had it all flowing in about 30 minutes!!!! Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

This was my first time using All Day Plumbing and I could not have been more pleased. They worked me into their schedule on the same day as my calll and was even able to arrive sooner than expected. Ronald arrived, listened to my woes and got straight to work. Almost 6 hours later, all the problems were corrected and Ronald was just as professional and pleasant as he was when he arrived. I called A1 Sewer & Drain frantic on a Friday morning because a pipe was leaking in my crawlspace. I found their contact information through Thumbtack, and gave them a call right away. From my first interaction with their scheduling staff, I was reassured that they would be able to come fix my problem, and that they would be able to come that day (some other companies that I also contacted would not be able to come until the next week, of course unless I wanted them to come for an emergency appointment and charge me an arm and a leg to do so). The technician who helped with my problem, Zach, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He walked me through every step of the process, and pointed out some things that may need my attention in the future. As a first time homeowner, having situations like a burst pipe cause a lot of stress and worry. But with the great service that I received from Zach and A1 Sewer & Drain, I know that help is just a phone call away! I will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs.
