Paul replaced my tankless water heater for a fraction of what I was Quoted with A1!! They told me to downgrade and that didn’t sit well with me so I called around and found Lanthorn I couldn’t be happier they got my new Tankless unit quick and installed it no more than a hour it was amazing haven’t had any issues since and Dawn was amazing keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process and always making sure I had an accurate ETA thanks again you guys rock!

I had Richardson Plumbing come to fix my low water pressure in my master bath shower & kitchen faucet and replace a shower head on my upstairs shower, they were scheduled to arrive between 9-10 am at a few min before 10 they called to say they were on the way when they arrived they got right to work checked out my problem explained what I needed to do and said if I had any problems to give them a call and he would come back to help. I was pleased with their service & knowledge this is a family owned business & old school which was refreshing I will be calling them again if ever needed.

Signed a contract to replace both outside and inside unit of a Carrier Heat Pump after a catastrophic failure of a compressor in the outside unit. Contract signed 25 June. Informed by contract administer on 26 July that machinery necessary for the installation was in, however the earliest date they could be at the house for installation was 10 August. Crew arrived at 10 August and installed complete system in less than one work day. Reason given for the length of time to final repair was delay in receiving machinery due to disruption of the supply chain caused by the pandemic. Communication during the waiting phase of the repair was very poor. I had to seek out the contract administer to get any status.
received no calls to confirm the 10 August date of repair as the time approached, and finally had to spend a long time making phone calls the day before installation to get final installation. The installation itself was very professional. It was very apparent from the start the the Technicians were knowledgeable, competent, and no nonsense, and completed a difficult installation by that afternoon. The purchase of a 300 dollar stand alone ac unit and a fan prevented total abject suffering during the waiting period through the head of a SE Virginian Summer.

Extremely fast response and fix after having an unforeseen flood in the kitchen (1 hour arrival post broken pipe). Our technician, James, was professional and gave us all our options for the fix. He checked all our water sources (showers, toilets, faucets) to ensure that we didn't have a hidden leak anywhere in addition to the broke pipe. Hopefully we don't need Atomic Plumbing again for emergency service but if it should happen, we will 100% call them.

Clearly a master plumber who takes pride in his work, Tony responded to my call immediately and was able to understand, diagnose, and even ensure that he had the correct part before arriving at my home. He also was able to tell me exactly what I could expect to pay based on my plumbing issue. he then confirmed the priced immediately once re-diagnosing and confirming the problem. Tony was a great communicator and I loved not having to deal with a middle-man as he is the boss. I came home to find a leak in my downstairs ceiling. My home warranty company referred me to House Call Company, service pro-Bryant Cueto came to my home. I was extremely stressed watching water gush from my ceiling, Bryant assured me he would solve the problem. He delivered on his promise, he was efficient and fixed problem in a timely manner. Byrant was professional, honest and personable. If Bryant is a reflection of House Call Company, I would highly recommend them.

First I have to say that they are extremely responsive. I contacted them on a weekend day and got a call back that very same day. Not only that, but they actually sent someone out on a weekend to come give the estimate of repair. The representative that came (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable and professional which is why my family and I decided to move forward with this company. I will say, the only thing that took a lengthy amount of time getting to me was the actual estimate of repair which took about 7-10 days to get to me other than that, everything was very timely. They did require half of the payment to begin. Though, once that payment was made, work immediately started EXACTLY when they said it would. The crew that worked for me was here everyday at the exact time they said they would be. They were VERY, VERY clean about the work area and actually picked up after themselves. I mean, besides the plastic wrap covering the floor, there was very little inclination work was being done. The work they did was extremely thorough. They answered all of the questions I had about the work that was being done which were asked while they were working and busy, even so, they were polite and respectful. They finished the project when they said it would be done and did a pretty good job. At the end, there were some very minor issues that I addressed with them and they came right back out and addressed those issues for me. All in all, a great company I would hire again.

Went to Ellsworth for a diverter valve for my kitchen sink. Duane, helped find the part for me, then gave me advice on another issue and even called me to follow up. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they will be the first place I go for any issues in the future.

Staff from the office to the people who come to help are very kind, professional, and eager to make sure they service you in the best way possible. They arrive on time and even call if they can come earlier. The service people look at the problem, discuss it with you and do not try to push unneeded repairs. Used Price Right Plumbing because that’s who my warranty company chose. I was skeptical based on some other reviews, but none of those reviews described my experience. Got an appointment the next day. Technician arrived on time and did a great job. No complaints at all. I’ve had not so pleasant experiences with companies sent by my warranty co., but this is not one of those.
