My house had the main sewer line drain backed up. I called 757 Seven Cities Plumbing and I got Shawn. Shawn is very professional and knowledgeable about the job. I liked how he explained what the problem was and gave me recommendations so that I can avoid having a backup again. He is very honest and reasonable with the price. I loved how he cleaned up the bathroom and made it ready to use. Water dripping from ceiling, called 3 plumbing companies no response. Call Harrison “Jimmy” answered said he could be there in less than 2 hours. Showed up fixed the problem. It turns out he is the owner!!! Wow what great service

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. I gave Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning 1 Star for simply showing up. The rest is all downhill. Robert Rollings was beyond arrogant when he said my price for moving a 4-5 pipe for the construction of a future closet, I asked how much the materials cost & he said he had to charge me well over $500.00+ to pay for their office staff, truck payments, gasoline, etc. I never got a cost for the materials. He said the job would take 2-3 hours & he was back in my office in less than 1 hour looking for money. I asked for a receipt & he said I could get one in my e-mail! I am an elderly, disabled senior citizen where it is not unusual that some of us do not have e-mail addresses or a computer simply because they can't afford the luxury of one-food & utilities are more important. Thumbs down to Atomic. Shame on you! No wonder your trucks look like rolling Museums of Color Artwork! All you need to have is a sign that says Honest, Fair Plumbing Service ! Never again!!

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
