Kelvin & his company were excellent! He showed up on time, and then identified/diagnosed the problem immediately. He got an immediate approval from our home warranty service. Went and purchased the part needed and returned the same day and made the repair. No issues with the shower since his repair. Will definitely keep him in our contacts for future repairs.

Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

I've used A-1 now on 4 different occasions and each time has been ON TIME, budget friendly, very knowledgeable and FAST!!!!!!! (did I mentioned fast?) One of their techs, Pat Burns, was so good I actually called his Supervisor to tell her how much her employee impressed me and that his work alone would make me call their company again to use their services. I cannot stress how great these folks are and, with me, have a customer for life. 5 Stars!!!! I'd give 6 if Google allowed!

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!

When I called I got a person who could schedule my appointment right at that time without having to wait for someone to call me back. My assigned plumber Aron called me when he was on his way and was even earlier than scheduled. Aron was very courteous, professional, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair work. He explained all that he would do, as well as other options, and left everything looking as good if not better than it was when he got here. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and my tech Aron Gill for your plumbing needs.

Paul replaced my tankless water heater for a fraction of what I was Quoted with A1!! They told me to downgrade and that didn’t sit well with me so I called around and found Lanthorn I couldn’t be happier they got my new Tankless unit quick and installed it no more than a hour it was amazing haven’t had any issues since and Dawn was amazing keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process and always making sure I had an accurate ETA thanks again you guys rock!

Mike Hale came out for a service call when we got a failure message on our upstairs thermostat. He was courteous and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes.Also, the service rep who scheduled the appt. was very friendly and called back to let us know that Mike was on his way.Thanks for a fine response!
