We had to call Premier Plumbing this past Saturday due to an emergency plumbing issue. Stephen came out quickly to help. He went above and beyond to get us back to working order. I really appreciated his plumbing expertise and how he communicated a best plan of action. We’ll definitely use them again, if needed.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

While I had put off this repair for some time, I finally bit the bullet and called to get the appointment. A-1 had replaced my hot water heater after a major leak a few years ago and I knew that they were reputable. It was easy to ignore this new problem. Faro was extremely well spoken and obviously knew what he was doing. His work was excellent, well done and very neat. My experiences with A-1 have been top of the line. I highly recommend them.

Few years ago we started having plumbing problems one after another. After experiencing several plumbing repair businesses my wife and I was never totally pleased with the service provided. One day we had a problem with a leaky shower. I went out on a limb and chose a small (at that time) ad on the internet search engine “Don’s Plumbing” and phone number, nothing fancy. I said to my wife that it can’t be any worse than the previous experience in the past. I made the call that morning and don was there within 5 hours later. Even though the issue was not urgent, Dons’ professionalism showed me that any issue is just important than the next. He took care of the problem quickly and was very reasonable rates. Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
