The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Needs more training. Had to help technician to hold faucet so he could install . Then he forgot to hook up a water line and water was shooting every where and he asked me for a drinking glass to catch the water . He then realized all he needed to do was turn the valve off. He did clean up all the water he could. He said he was finished so I signed and paid for the job, I then checked, and he never installed the soap bottle. I should have checked before he left fit I’m a disabled veteran 100 % . I have another appointment Monday to fix our shower. So I’ll ask him to complete the faucet installation.

We didn't use the business for a repair because it was a simple fix with getting the correct faucet after they did their inspection. Raymond was very professional and on time. We would most definitely use this company again for any future plumbing issues.

My call for installation of a new toilet was placed on a Monday and the service call was made for the following day. Ronald and Logan arrived as scheduled and were courteous and respectful. From arrival to completion, the installation of the new toilet I purchased from VAMAC took less than 60 minutes. The water from the tank and bowl had already been removed by me in preparation of the job. They had sufficient parts on hand to cover what was not in the Toto box. They ensured the tank was properly secured to the bowl, that the water level in the tank was at optimum level and there were no leaks after several flushes. They cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't know they had ever been there. I am very pleased with their work and will use this company again.

Rocco came out to check our a.c. system out, it wasn't cooling like it should. He told us the issue and what our choices were. We are very happy with his visit and his service. Thank You Rocco.

Used them through my Home Warranty after for some reason two other companies wouldn't work with my warranty. I had a broken shower valve / pipe break They came out quickly, the repairman was professional asked if he should remove shoes. He saw the issue and said it was an easy repair which was reassuring. He was in an out in about an hour and some change, the repair involved soldering. Would use them if I did not have a home warranty or insurance pay.

Scott and Joey were both amazing, helpful, and very prompt. They went above and beyond when coming in and out of the home with small kittens. Very mindful. Atomic was really prompt about getting me serviced and making sure I had hit water as soon as possible!

I called Tony & Son yesterday and they came out to my condo rental to give me an estimate of a leak in my ceiling. There is an older couple that lives upstairs and the leak was in their pipes. Tony took the time to find the leak, prove to them that it was their issue and not mine, and then the neighbor had Tony fix it and paid him. Tony was patient, professional and did a great job fixing the problem, and took the time to communicate effectively with my neighbor to show them the problem. Five stars.
