Wow. I read the reviews from this company and thought it was too good to be true… i was so wrong. Plumbing Specialist single handily fixed the plumbing in my house and my grandmothers house. Very professional & extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be my plumber anytime i need help!

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

We lost water on Christmas Day due to a broken pipe. We initially started out with another plumbing company that dug a hole and left me without water and said it would be a whole week to come back out. My daughter googled, read reviews and called A-1 and they came out the next day, which was New Year’s Eve.My technician was Christopher B., who was super nice, professional and knowledgeable, He explained everything and kept me in the loop the entire time. Chris was able to run a temporary water-source and we couldn’t have been happier. I’m scheduled to have new water pipes installed in 2 days.I will certainly tell everyone about my wonderful experience with A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing.Thank you for being there A-1 and employing caring people.

I cannot say enough about the quality service from this place. My Tech was Hope. She was informative as to what her limitations were and promptly rescheduled a better time to resolve the issue. Within 10hrs someone at the office called. Thank you RS Andrews.*Update: So the last tech was unable to fix the issue. She assured me she would escalate the problem and get someone to help the next day. Well next day is here. Received a text that new tech Bruce is on his to fix the problem. (Unit is brand new and has not been truly in use till about 15 days ago. So I really shouldn’t be having any issues). I heard nothing from this new tech. After about 3hrs, I drove to the property and found him in his truck, writing whatever it is that was found. No calls, nothing. He proceeded to let me know that he was unable to fix the unit and that the leaking that was reported by the previous tech was not the issue. A leak was previously reported and he ran out of nitrogen and would not be able to fix the problem tonight. So I asked him if this is customary that they don’t carry extra of whatever is needed to fix an issue such as this!? And can he escalate the issue. He then became very defensive/argumentative that he was just told about this job and did not know what he would’ve found until he gets here. He doesn’t know if the issue would be escalated etc… Which makes no sense to me since someone has already been here and he should’ve been informed about whatever their prognosis was. Please do not send this guy(Bruce) back out to complete this job. It’s one thing to not being able to fix a brand new 10k unit and am having to wait more than two days now to get a fix but I don’t need the attitude of an unpleasant disgruntled employee.

This place would of got one star had they not had such a great plumber. He's the only one that saved them a bit. Had a drain slow to drain. Called Monday night they said they could have a technician over in 2 hours. The called back and said their tech was taking longer than expected and I could either wait or reschedule. Since it was almost 830 pm I rescheduled for a time slot of 5pm-7pm Tuesday. Got off work early Tuesday and asked if they can bump me to the 3pm-5pm slot and if not it was okay. They said yes. Turn around 530pm and Dispatch calls and said it was taking longer than expected but they should have a tech available soon. That never happened. I called back at 9 pm and they said they couldn't get to me and I would have to reschedule or keep waiting. Being a work night I had to reschedule. Wednesday they scheduled me for 5pm-7pm and the tech got to my house at 5 until 7. So my point is how are you gonna tell a customer you'll be there for an appointment but the customer has to keep calling to get updates on something when you should be making it to your appointments. The plumber himself was really kind and got the job done fast. Unfortunately, because of their lack of ability to make it to the customers in a timely manner, I won't be using Rotto-Rooter again. Oh and also I don't think it should be $450 to unclog a bathtub drain in 15 minutes when no parts were replaced. That just seems high.Edit-i got a full blown apology from the manager and the plumber himself. They informed me they don't usually have this issue and take customer relations seriously. I'll take my edit from 2 stars to 4. Can't blame Dispatch for the entire company

I have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing several times and I have been satisfied with their services each time.

Do not give this company a dime! Been having problems since they installed a new toilet and attempted to repair 2 others. They have a slow response time as well.
