I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

My second floor tube was leaking into my neighbors garage. Justin was very professional, friendly, communicated well. He explained what the problem was and what he did to fix in a clear and easy to understand manner. Cost was very reasonable. I was really pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

Just like a majority of these reviews, we were also screwed over by Michael and sons. Hired them to troubleshoot some outlets that weren't working and a partial power outage and they charged almost 700 to screw In one little connection. Called it a complete restoration when they didn't even change a part. Prices are ridiculous and than what you complain they wanna offer you a hundred dollar credit on the next service like anyone would actually use this company more than once.

Pleasant to talk to when I was ordering repairs. Mike and his helper were on time and did a great job . I felt comfortable having them in my home. 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced my Water heater. Did an outstanding job. Very friendly and professional.

I called with leaking bathroom tub faucets in 2 different bathrooms. I attempted to do it myself, and made a mess of things. I called All Day Plumbing in the afternoon, and they actually were able to send a team out that same evening. Thank you to Raymond and Louis who fixed everything quickly (answering my questions along the way), and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to cost. Awesome job!

Irrigation system-Jason arrived on schedule, evaluated the issue , provided a solution, work estimate , and within 10 minutes of departure, office scheduled an appointment for me to have the work completed in less than 4 business days. Looking forward to having this issue resolved. Very professional!

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We contacted Don’s Plumbing to replace a valve on our fridge. They were able to send someone out to our house very quickly (the next day). Kendall arrived at our house and was able to assess the work that needed to be done and completed it timely. He was great and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend if you have a plumbing need. Great to work with and reasonably priced.

I just brought the house in October and was told the HVAC probably would need some attention. And three weeks later they were right. I received a quote from another company and just wasn’t sure. A friend recommended RS Andrews, so I called they came out made the assessment and the next day they came and installed my new HVAC system. They were pleasant, quick and efficient. The service techs were professional and diligent. I would highly recommend RS Andrews to everyone who needs this type of work.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
