Best Commercial Repairs in Chesapeake VA

Thanks Premier Plumbing for sending Jared out to my emergency last night and today. My water heater failed in the poolhouse and the ceiling collapsed 😫! But along came Jared to the rescue, he was AMAZING 👏! He was very professional, kind and completed the job as requested. He even solved a mystery problem with my water flow that we have had for over 14 years and no other plumber cared to troubleshoot! We will definitely call Jared for all of our plumbing jobs 😀! We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Quick response and amazing service on a fairly intense job. When it turned out that the lot owner had to do the repairs (line was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced) Bruce even called a few days later to check up on things. Friendly, fast, and extremely kind. Thanks Bruce!!

We had a QUEST plumbing issue which required Jeremy to cut into two walls in order to gain access to the house pipes. Jeremy and his assistant did a fantastic job of keeping the drywall intact, making my drywall repair job so much easier. Jeremy thoroughly explained exactly what needed to be done and was helpful in working through the options with me. He is very thorough in his work and the clean-up. I had no suprises. If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....

This company was a breath of fresh air. Everyone there, Toni, Natalie, TJ, and the rest just put us at ease. We had such a headache with McAtee (which I'm still debating on whether to write a review) but Mr. Rooter came in and saved the day. They advocated for us with Homeserve and got the job done. Everyone needs to use them!

David responsed to our request for a plumber immediately when I left a voicemail message. He arrived on time and was so friendly, nice and was recommended to us by a local home builder in the area. David quickly assessed the problem we were having with our hot water heater and fixed it within minutes of arriving. He recommended some maintenance to our system, which we are having David perform in the next week. We were so happy with his experience and knowledge of plumbing and his friendly professionalism was beyond measure. Thanks David & Richardson Plumbing for a great job! Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Great service team. We have their annual servicing contract. They are always punctual, courteous, and highly efficient. We recommend them highly.

Also, we took advantage of their special water heater replacement recently as ours was nearing ten years old. In fact, we have noticed in our condominium project numerous water heater replacements of late due to failure and the inconvenience of that problem versus pro-active replacement through the Smith and Keene special offer.

The most amazing company I’ve worked with in my time here. Our heat went out last night they got here early the next morning found the problem and fixed it right away! Nothing but polite and professional the entire time. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.

Had a very good experience with Tony and Son Plumbing. Tony was very responsive to our initial call for service and right on time for our appointment. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and efficiently fixed our problem. Drew was fast, personable, and knowledgeable. He was in and out, mind you having to cut a hole in our wall, in less than 1.5 hours. He was early, which was convenient, and we were able to use shower right when he left after struggling with leaks in bathtub drain. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Drew
