Monday morning March 5th I discovered that my sewer outfall line was clogged. I called Roto-Rooter and Stan Sarlovskis came by and cleared the line so that it would drain. There were roots growing into the pipe. He gave me a quote to dig up and repair the line. Since this had happened before, we decided to take his advice and have it done.On Wednesday, Eddie Garcia came out to perform the work. There were indeed large roots on top of the pipe and once those were cleared and the damaged section removed, there was a mass of small roots that clogged the pipe.Both Stan and Eddie were very informative, they let me know step by step what they were going to do and showed me the results afterwards. Eddie did an outstanding job in making the repair and documenting the entire process. They are both obviously well trained and went far beyond what they could have done. It shows that you hire good people and train them well. In this day and age that is remarkable.When Eddie finished, the area was cleaned up and he made sure that the drain was flowing. Thank you for fixing our problem in such a timely and professional manner.

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

I had never heard of PSP but I am so glad I have now! Jake was attentive and responsive, He was very professional and down to Earth. He got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend his services and will be using him for all my plumbing needs!

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. I will defiantly call Pay Less Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future. TJ was very knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.

We had a very poor experience. Not transparent and not professional.

Put a request thru Thumbtack to 1) diagnose & fix a breaker issue & 2) replace single window pane. RYN Description clearly states $95/hr in headline description. After back & forth correspondence, RYN sets arrival time btwn 11am-12pm. By noon, with no show & no communication, I text RYN twice by 12:15. No reply. They call at 1245 and we set new time for 1:30.

After arriving, Raul(?) goes to breaker and fixes issue within 15 minutes. When I ask the for that bill, he replies $275, 3X the amount they post online. This without ever informing me of the expected price before starting since it would be exceedingly more. I state that no more work is to be done, politely ask RYN to leave & I will pay the breaker bill in cash as he will accept no other form of payment.

At the end, Raul(?) drops the bill to $200 but I'm still disturbed that RYN would try to gouge customers vs was they publicly display. Needless to say, we will not work with RYN again.
